learning to love & accept your body is one of the most empowering things you can do. I remember when I was 15 years old and constantly getting teased for being too skinny. I weighed around 100lbs and couldn’t put on weight no matter what I did. I was clueless about everything fitness related at the time and had no clue where to even begin. That year I decided to dedicate myself to the gym & completely change my lifestyle to reach my goals both physically and mentally. Fast forward years later... that one choice has changed my life & helped shape who I am. Moral of the story- it just takes one decision & a hell of a lot of consistency to be who you want to be.
